I have written several orchestral works, including works for film and video game. I write in a Romantic style and employ heavy use of the leit-motif, strong thematic material, and I am a huge advocate of the traditional orchestra for film scores (though I do like mixing in electronics sometimes). I write in a large variety of styles. When asked, I can write using classical forms, but generally I like through-composed music that flows with the film.

| If you have ever watched a movie where two main characters have been trying to find each other, and throughout the whole film you hear odd bits of melodies and themes. Finally at the scene where they meet, the music starts off as shy, mysterious feeling, and as the two characters come together and meet at last, all of the fragments of melodies heard throughout the film earlier on all come together and make this huge, sweeping orchestral sound that tugs at your soul. It's very inspiring, and it's a very powerful sound.
