Zach's primary compositional style is the use of orchestral instruments, dominantly strings and brass. He also plays the piano, and therefore creates either solo pieces or piano with orchestral accompaniment.
He has an extensive library of orchestral samples to use, as well as various electronic percussional sounds and numerous Keyboards (Korg, Yamaha, etc...)
His main influences are Hans Zimmer, James Newton Howard, John Powell, and Philip Glass.
Zach has written music for a short independent film in the style of an old Western, a play entitled "Blood on the Canvas", and is currently working on a concert of his compositions for Chorus, Band, Orchestra and Piano.
