Film Music Opportunities
Christos Andreou was born in Larnaca, Cyprus and started having clarinet lessons with his father at the age of six. In 2003 he was accepted to study a Bachelors Degree in Music at Canterbury Christ Church University with clarinet Professor David Campbell.

He is a founding member of the 'David Campbell Clarinet Quartet' which he joined as the only undergraduate. After graduating with a First Class Honours Degree he has been awarded with the Larissa Lovelock Memorial Scholarship as 'the most outstanding performer of the year who also applied for a post-graduate degree in the same institution'.

He enjoys quite a busy career in composing music, which includes music for several movies and films projects produced by the Media and Film Studies department of Canterbury Christ Church University, as well as composing for independant productions and short films. Also few of his collaborations include John Harle [score editor for Bluebird], Mark Slater [additional score editor and orchestration on 400 Years of Telescope] , George Kallis and many more.

After having studied for 5 years with David Campbell, Christos gained a Masters Degree in Clarinet Performance from Canterbury Christ Church University. Several countries in which he has performed include Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Russia and United Kingdom.

Christos is also a saxophonist, a pianist and an arranger. He has arranged music for several ensembles and groups including the ' David Campbell Clarinet Quartet', Canterbury Christ Church University Orchestra and Wind Band as well as various ensembles in Cyprus, Greece and the UK.
