V.K. Lynne was raised in Pennsylvania Dutch Country, then moved with her guitar to live in Philadelphia. That combination of 'earthy' and 'edgy' permeated her writing, and now radiates through her rootsy, blues rock style. Once in L.A., her current studio release, Black Halo, received positive attention from fans, the industry and charitable organizations. A firm believer in artistic responsibility, V.K. donates a portion of all record sales to deserving non-profits. She has worked with Hearts Giving Hope, The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and she is the official spokesperson for The Mason Lindley Miracle Foundation, which aids medically challenged children.
