I compose on piano, guitar, banjo, percussion in a variety of styles. I can be straightforward as well as extremely experimental. I enjoy putting instruments they would normally not be in such as putting an electric acoustic pickup on piano gut strungs then running it through amps. I am skilled at playing atmospheric as well as rustic blues. I've modified instruments before as I hold the belief an instrument is not set in stone. I am constantly looking for new ways to create sounds.
