Brian Moody, born March 26, 1982 embarked on his musical journey at the age of
seven playing bass clarinet. During high school, Brian became interested in music for
film, television, and games. Through the use of midi and digital audio, Brian is able
to create anything from electronica to full orchestration.
Since launching his website in March 2006, Brian has completed music and sound
design for numerous productions including film and video games. Brian loves to write
intimate, expressive, emotional pieces which tell stories. He admires the composition
orchestration styles of Samuel Barber, Aaron Copland, Maurice Ravel, Claude
Debussy, James Newton Howard and Philip Glass. Brian is also an avid gamer,
graphic/traditional artist and loves nature/astronomy.
