Award-winning* composer Leigh Phillips' musical roots are firmly based in motion pictures, his eclectic style and his broad use of musical language can be linked to the influences of dramatic composers such as Jerry Goldsmith, James Horner, Philip Glass, Harry Gregson-Williams, Stravinsky, and even Moby.
In addition to his composition duties Leigh has also acted as an orchestrator/ co-composer to such respected artists as John Ottman (Superman Returns) and Joe Harnell ('V', The Incredible Hulk)
Leigh's ability to 'find a voice' and the emotional centre of a film greatly enhances the impact of the projects he is involved with.
