Really I am shooting for a combination of the best film composers I know...if I had to pick an order of influence, I would probably say Hans Zimmer, Thomas Newman, James Horner, Michael Kamen, Alan Silvestri, John Williams, Klaus Badelt, Trevor Rabin, Howard Shore, and James Newton Howard.

| I write extensively from feelings at different times. I listen to other composers, get ideas and enhance them (harmony movements, etc.) Most of my stuff could really add an impact to a movie trailer or opening credits. Without a movie to watch, anything else is more difficult to invent. The overall theme is simple to adapt and then watching a film while recording, it becomes much easier to develop situational music and themes.
