Before becoming a composer, I was one of LA's top studio guitar players. I have worked in virtually every musical situation imaginable, from The Wall (Pink Floyd) to Indiana Jones (John Williams). I can adapt to any musical style or situation. My preference is utilizing organic (real) instruments as opposed to samples, but I am equally comfortable with either.
