My music is acoustic, spare, and very lyric-focused. My voice has a light, jazz-standard quality. My musical influences have been classical and jazz (small trio/big-band - I hail from Tennessee where I cut my studio vocal teeth, but I studied voice and conducting at a music conservatory.

I could have been the musical background for scenes as diverse as the one where Jack Nicholson and Helen Hunt are at the restaurant in As Good as It Gets, and the one in Armageddon where Chick Chappell goes to see his estranged family.
I could also provide gospel and polyphonic choral music for church scenes from a backwoods pentecostals to the marriage scene in The Sound of Music.
