Presently I have several musical projects going. The first one is a pop/rock band dedicated to writing and recording original music. The band sound stems from influences dating from the 1960’s to the present. The instrumentation includes a dirty guitar, keyboards, bass, drums and an occasional trumpet. Adding in the band’s three part harmony, our group creates a somewhat edgy, yet melodic type of sound. Because the band has multiple song writers and singers, the musicians can produce music for a variety of moods and musical styles. The band plays anything from progressive to pop, jazz to novelty and everything in between. Some songs include extensive instrumental sections as well. The second project I have going is more of a acoustic guitar / county / americana type solo project. Instrumentation generally centers around acoustic guitar and multiple vocal/harmonies. Songs can be submitted upon request.
Lately I've been recording some single guitar background music some pattern picking and some classically influenced material. I believe this type of thing would be useful in nature films with a hint of peacefulness or solitude.
