Ipswich resident, Lynn 'Julian', was commissioned by Sonic Comics to compose the themesong for their 2nd graphic novel, "Blood Lust." This is NOT your ordinary "Vampire story" either. The main character is shy and unassuming ... who'd have thought she'd be a man eater? Julian's theme song, along with her cover of "Homicide," will air in all commercials for the new series. Sonic Comics will also begin work on a series for "Julian's" superhero alter ego, "Cookie Cutter Girl," this Spring.

Currently, Julian is concentrating on her concept album, "Cookie Cutter Girl," about a victimized girl, who becomes a superhero. She then strives to help women everywhere 'BREAK THE MOLD' in which society holds them captive and be independent. The CD is self-produced and released on her own record label, Cookie Cutter Records, and published by her publishing company, Cookie Cutter Publishing. The "POWER POP with a PUNCH" consists of twelve tracks that tell the story of the birth of "Cutter," and will be accompanied by a CD Rom Comic Book story of her adventures. Julian produced, arranged, wrote and performed all songs on the album. She was aided, in performance, by some of the top musicians in the state.

7 Song's from the CD, "Cookie Cutter Girl" are featured on 7 compilation CDs and played on 100's of radio stations internationally. Julian is also in negotions with several publishing houses for placement of her songs in TV, film. At the moment, two producers are considering re-recording both "Jenny" and "Get the Picture?" to shop Julian for a record deal. Spending countless hours each week researching promotional ideas, she is a perfect example of an independent artist, that has branded herself and is motivated to sell her own product.
