iam mark airlie, a 48yr old male, solo/song/instrumental writer/multi-instrumentalist from wellington, newzealand.
i write music in several styles,- alternative/ambient/rock/pop/atmospheric/
quirky/romantic.....
i have been on several recording labels,- including; powertool records hamburg germany,-smashed records queensland australia,- sexykiller records florida usa,- solarise records london uk,- jahpunk records fife scotland uk,- and am presently with powertool records auckland newzealand with whom i have produced 7 cd projects in the last 5 yrs. i have had music played on radio in new york city and presently have had a song accepted to be on a widely distributed (usa,- uk & europe) vinyl compilation of alternative songs on revenge international records in brooklyn , new york city. i have scored music for several newzealand documentaries and have provided original music for several short films mainly in the us and uk.
