Katrin the Thrill, one of the greatest female artist in the Greek alternative scene, is spreading the message of her EP "Earth is calling us", which has gained excellent reviews and was voted in Greece as one of the best albums of the year. The EP is dedicated to the earth and the environment and part of the profits will be used towards the reforestation of the burned forests of Greece.
Among the five winners of the Coca Cola Soundwave music contest, Katrin the Thrill has engaged a fanatic audience. She has performed live, in Greece and in London and has been the opening act for Electrelane, Manic Street Preachers and Greg Dulli. Her music sounds like an experiment of deformed cleansing melodies and her powerful, emotional and restless voice creates an atmosphere of passion, melancholy and mystery.
Her first album will be out in January.
