I like to combine different styles of music and roll it into one. I have some nice ballads, and I have some latinsh hip hop, and my R&B has a touch of jazz. Some people have described some of my songs like Sade, Cheryl Crow, Lauren Hill, and Dido. My singing voice is warm and rich. I am a traditional blues and jazz singer but cross over into pop rock. I have an Aztec Indian heratige and sometimes create instrumentals that incorporate a motif from classical music, and then I use synthesizers and native drumming to make it very hypnotic. I can write for requests and have a studio in my home. I like being creative and receiving assignments. I've worked as a writer for background music for T.V. I also perform and record with musicians who have world wide touring and recording experience with major artists such as Billy Joel, Phoebe Snow, Hall and Oates, etc....I'm currently working on a piece where I'm arranging the Beethoven song Fur Elise as a tango. Like I said I like to mix and blend different styles together so it's groovey!
