GMJ, French producer appears as a new talent in the Hip Hop scene.
Producer since 2002, GMJ started his career in the HP crew while pursuing a
solo career at the same time which allows him to branch out and open up new
horizons. With those, he acquired a contract with an English label.

Lead by his increasing desire to expand and evolve himself with the rest of the
world, he is blossoming through the outer atlantic scene and especially with the
people from Chicago, managing to make himself a name amongst its talentuous
producers.
He is working with the producer KAZ 1, with who he creates very promising
KNG beats. KNG is connected with GRAVEL record label which is producing
numerous talented U.S. artists.
On January 5th, GMJ released his first album: « NO BORDERS »
Featuring EDO.G, REKS, HASHIM MILLS (RISE&SHINE),
L.E.G.A.C.Y(JUSTUS LEAGUE), SOULSTICE, VERBAL KENT,
PRIMERIDIAN, EARATIK STATIK, CAP D (ALL
NATURAL)…Currently, the sales of this L.P. are totaling 10 000 copies.
At the beginning of April 2010, thank to the soulful rendition of his remix,
GMJ won the famous DIAMOND MUSIC GROUP contest.
This turns him into one of the top producers and gives him many important
Projects.
Recently, a new project has been launched since Quite Nyce and GMJ linked
up after QN won a contest showcasing GMJ beats.
The E.P. FOR MY PEOPLE, released on June 22th, has obtained a lot of
great reviews from the most important and famous Hip Hop websites in the
world.
In October 2010 they realase a important single with the group WADE WATERS called “Do something”which get supported by the Brad Pitt association MAKE IT RIGHT.The group was inspired to send a message that New Orleans still needs our support .DO SOMETHING features lyrics that aim at countering the effects of media’s short attention span on important issues like the reconstruction of the lower 9th Ward.
At the end of 2010 ,he changed his way and choose to diversified his music , he sign with the WIZHBANG agency (music placement movie,tv,add,game…)and start new horizon of music style like RN’B , House, Electro, Jazz, Rock …..
He got some success placements with MTV , Fox sports , AB1……
At the beginning of January 2011 , he started a new Hip-hop /Electro/ Soul project with Soulstice called “Electric Soul “ , they dropped this one in September and got several success sold and reviews from the hottest music website .
Also they did this single called ,“ A Post-Racial America “ is an impassioned reality check on the phrase that many have used to describe the era of Barack Obama’s presidency.Wade Waters (Soulstice & Haysoos) deconstructs the “Post-Racial America “ mythology over an upbeat soundbed provided by GMJ.

In February another project see the light, probably his best one , S.SQUAIR BLAQ ( from ANIMATE OBJECTS) & GMJ did a incredible project mixing Hip-hop , Soul,Rn’b ,Electro, Funk …
GMJ come to Chicago for recording this project, Blaq & G got a amazing chemistry during the record and share very good music time. Currently the project is ready to drop but they find the best way for get the biggest hear from people.
June , GMJ is connected by the legendary SUPERNATURAL for do a remix of his big single “ALTITUDE” dropped in 2010 . This one got a huge success and got good support from I-tunes who posted upfront the single during one month in France, Canada,USA, Japon,UK,Germany….
In August GMJ talked to his agent , he would get signed by more placement agencies and in September he got positive reply from 2 big agency like MS-PRO SUPERVISOR and SOUND SCAPE MEDIA . Today he work on different movie, game ,add projects and hope get the same success with theses new projects.
Currently he works with one talented singer from CHICAGO called LESTER JAY , they take a Pop commercial /Rn’b way to touch a largest public and get recognize from people …The potential is big ,Lester and Gmj could get the success they wait since a long time ..
